本網訊 7月18日，農業農村部召開離退休干部工作領導小組會議，聽取離退休干部局2023年有關工作情況匯報，審議為老同志辦實事清單，研究部署推動2024年重點工作。受部黨組書記韓俊委托，部黨組成員、副部長，部離退休干部工作領導小組副組長鄧小剛主持會議并講話。?
會議指出，2023年，農業農村部深入貫徹落實習近平總書記關于老干部工作的重要論述和重要指示批示精神，服務管理更加科學規范，老同志滿意度持續提高，離退休干部工作取得了積極成效。?
會議要求，2024年離退休干部工作，要堅持不懈用習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想凝心鑄魂，持續抓好離退休干部黨的創新理論和黨紀學習，強化對老同志在社會組織兼職等重點領域的監督管理，大力推進離退休干部黨組織有形覆蓋、有效覆蓋。要持續深化“增添正能量·共筑中國夢”系列活動，扎實做好離退休干部先進集體和先進個人評選表彰及推優工作，有效推進“鄉村振興志愿行”活動，充分發揮農業農村部老同志的優勢和特長。要進一步把服務保障工作做精做實做細，運用好信息化建設成果，繼續辦好老年大學，滿足老同志多元化的精神文化養老需求，幫助老同志共享改革發展成果、安享幸福晚年。各單位要進一步強化組織領導，把離退休干部工作擺上重要議事日程，堅持嚴管和厚愛相結合，努力培養一支政治堅定、業務精通、作風優良的離退休干部工作隊伍。要高質量落實落細任務清單，切實為老同志辦好提供物業便民服務、開展集中走訪慰問等12件實事，進一步提升老同志的幸福感和滿意度。?
